Join us at 2027 Endurance Exchange - Where Innovation Meets Endurance

January 8-10, 2027, at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, FL

The triathlon and multisport community is evolving fast — and the future of the sport will be built by the people who show up to build it.

The coaches, race directors, club leaders, athletes, and industry partners willing to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn conversation into change. That's who fills the room at 2027 Endurance Exchange.

Three days of practical conversations around innovation, artificial intelligence and the future of the athlete experience, the continued importance of human connection, and the road to LA2028. This is where the future of multisport gets decided — and we want you in the room.

Secure Early Bird pricing of $619—available to the first 50 registrants.

This year will be our biggest yet for Endurance Exchange. Here's what's new for 2027:

An expanded conference — by popular demand, we've added nearly a full additional day, with more networking and brainstorming sessions, expanded educational tracks, and new sponsored and athletic opportunities.

Two Keynotes based on our 2027 theme, we are expanding to two specialized keynote speakers (to be announced!)

Don't just take our word for it. Among last year's attendees, 95% rated their overall experience as excellent or good, and 93% said they would absolutely or most likely recommend Endurance Exchange to others considering it.

The Conversation That Will Shape What's Next.

Intelligence and Innovation

Technology is already reshaping how endurance sport is coached, experienced, and grown. From the rise of AI to new approaches in data, performance, and operations, the landscape is evolving quickly across every role in the ecosystem.

Day 1 introduces the ideas and forces driving that shift.

Grounded in the theme of intelligence and innovation, this day explores how emerging technologies are influencing business, performance, and the future of the multisport. It sets the stage for the conversations ahead and framing the opportunities, challenges, and mindset needed to move forward with intention.

Human Connection & Community

Endurance Exchange Fun Run

Technology may be changing the sport, but people are still the reason it matters.

Day 2  focuses on the relationships, experiences, and communities that keep athletes engaged, events thriving, and organizations growing. From leadership and communication to belonging, retention, and participant experience, this day explores the human side of endurance sport.

Through keynote conversations, industry insights, and practical discussions, attendees will explore how stronger connections create stronger communities across every level of multisport.

The Road to LA2028

The momentum toward Los Angeles has already begun.

Day 3  focuses on the opportunities, visibility, and industry growth leading into LA2028 — and what that moment could mean for the future of multisport. As the sport prepares for a global stage, this day explores how coaches, race directors, clubs, brands, and industry leaders can help shape what comes next.

From participation growth and fan engagement to industry collaboration and long-term planning, Day 3 centers on how the multisport community can build momentum that lasts well beyond the Games themselves.
